Yoga has really helped me deal with stress and depression. Give it s shot in your "free time!" :)
I agree with Jessica. When I was your age (yup, I said it), granted, I didn't have kids (well, technically I didn't, unless you count the husband), and was working full-time and then some, yoga was a huge relief to me. I felt completely centered and at peace with myself. Nothing I've done since then has compared to yoga. It would be a great addition to your plan to start working things out naturally.
Hang in there and keep me posted on how it goes...I have a similar battle to fight at some point :) Being a mom/wife is hard.
I have found that I handle things a lot different when I've had enough rest. It sounds like you stay up late a lot, maybe your resolution for an earlier bedtime could help.
Yeah, I think everyone has great ideas....it is proven that exercise AND SLEEP (yes, Nicole SLEEP) are huge factors in stress levels! I think if you could committ yourself to a few of those things it would help a LOT!! Believe me, we all go through rough times, you know I've been there too! Making a few simple changes I'm sure will help you (us) out! :))
I totally understand... the stress caused from your husband. I too get frustrated when they (husbands)act like a four year old and I find myself taking it out on the kids. Totally relate... you are not alone!
I have found that I am MOST stressed and the least patient when I am hungry and/or tired. When I get home with the kids right after work/school/picking Luke up ... I haven't eaten since lunch most days and I almost ALWAYS about lose it.......... so I have to force myself to eat (after school snack with the kids) and I can literally FEEL myself become a better person after!!! So... snack often... sleep more.... and yoga sounds amazing.... I might have to find a way to fit it in!!!
